There Are Latinos In Pennsylvania??

Well! Sorry for not sending one of these in a bit! I hope everyone has been having a blast and been enjoying life. Lots of stuff has happened recently haha. I have been transferred to Lancaster, Pennsylvania!! It was about an hour and a half away from my past area in Columbia, Maryland. I'm loving it here. It's only been a week and I've been trying to remember all of our friends and all the different areas but the area we have has tons of latinos it's actually crazy haha. Who would've thought there would be latinos in Pennsylvania. At the same time you see Amish people in horse and buggy going down the street so it's a super interesting mix. We had some new cool people come to church and we have a friend named Vladimir who is going to get baptized who is from Haiti, he is really cool and he wants to change! We have a lot of people from the Dominican Republic and Puerto Rico and so the streets are alive the whole day haha so we have a lot of street contacts! We also went to the Philadelphia temple Saturday morning. We had 2 new members go and it was an amazing opportunity to feel the spirit and help them understand why temples are so crucial. Oh also I was called to be District leader here (DL), I haven't really done anything yet but I'm excited to learn what I need to do haha. I also recently a few weeks ago reached my 1 year mark as a missionary!!! I have absolutely loved my mission and the experiences that I have had are ones that I will always treasure. It's crazy how fast it's going but I have a lot of time to keep going! Our savior truly loves us and is waiting for us no matter what. You are never too far from his reach no matter what you have done. If you're reading this and feel there is something impeding you from feeling clean, that is the holy ghost letting you know that you're missing out on blessings and peace!
